the hotel's proximity to the airport suited my early morning flight, i did not worry about transportation. the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the easy check-in and check-out processes, they were very straightforward and efficient.
the in-room television remote had low battery , so i had to stand up to change channels.

the staff was really friendly and i was able to access my room earlier. breakfast was quite good. the hotel is close to the airport and near a tube station, easily accessible by hop bus from the airport. i would use this hotel again on a stop over.
the eggs, bacon and sausages were cold on both occasions i stayed. i asked for it to be microwaved and the lady wasn't sure at first. last time parking was free, this time i was told i need to pay and put money on card at check in.

I got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a great airport view. My son loved it. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. breakfast had a large variety of options.
the soundproofing wasn't great because there was a connecting door to the next room.

The hotel is near the Hatton Cross tube station. This made commuting to central London convenient. I appreciated the late checkout option for an additional fee. It was useful since I had an evening flight. The breakfast buffet included many choices.
The lack of complimentary water was a slight inconvenience. The TV system in my room had an issue. It kept switching off, and the sound was out of sync with the video.

the tv system was not working correctly . it switched off repeatedly and the sound did not synchronize with the picture. i also noted a lack of complimentary water.
