The hotel is near the Hatton Cross tube station. This made commuting to central London convenient. I appreciated the late checkout option for an additional fee. It was useful since I had an evening flight. The breakfast buffet included many choices.
The lack of complimentary water was a slight inconvenience. The TV system in my room had an issue. It kept switching off, and the sound was out of sync with the video.

my room featured amazing sound proofing. planes were landing close by, yet i could not hear them. the breakfast options available were very extensive.
the tv system was not working correctly . it switched off repeatedly and the sound did not synchronize with the picture. i also noted a lack of complimentary water.

The breakfast was tasty with various options like pastries and fresh fruit. i appreciated the fitness center. It had modern equipment for a good workout. the room included a comfortable bed and a well-lit workspace.
The bathroom lacked a bit of counter space. This made organizing toiletries slightly difficult.
